Always searching but never finding,
easy answers wandering free.
The mirror shows what I've become,
empty eyes stare back at me.
The path is narrow and I keep asking,
is this fate or destiny?
Stealing minutes and wasting daylight,
desperate souls cry out to me.

Time is my enemy, always taking life from me.
Another day has come and gone, wondering what I've done wrong.
Time is my enemy, always taking life from me.
Getting tired, fading fast, don't know how long I can last.

Always dreaming but never living,
phantoms mock me and run away.
The clock is ticking but my feet aren't moving,
I'm busy wishing for another day.
Today is failing, I've lost again,
this vicious circle is here to stay.
The past is haunting, the future's calling.
Someone help me find my way.
